In this energizing and interactive workshop, vocalist and movement specialist Amy Biondo will help you break free from physical stiffness and explore how to sing with your whole body. You’ll discover how movement, breath, and body awareness can unlock greater emotional expression and musical fulfillment. Through guided exercises and creative exploration, you'll learn to: Engage your body as a partner in vocal performance Use posture, gesture, and breath to enhance connection and confidence Free yourself from tension and stiffness on stage Express lyrics with more authenticity, fluidity, and emotional power Whether you're new to the stage or a seasoned performer, this workshop offers a safe space to move, sing, and grow. Come ready to explore, connect, and transform the way you perform—from head to toe. Amy Biondo is a Denver/Boulder-based vocalist, composer, dancer, and vocal empowerment coach known for her dynamic four-octave range and deeply embodied performance style. Drawing from jazz, Latin, gypsy jazz, free improvisation, Kirtan, and pop/rock, her music blends emotional storytelling with rhythmic and cultural richness. Amy has performed across the U.S. and internationally, collaborating with artists like Art Lande, Gonzalo Teppa, Bill Kopper, and the late Ron Miles. Her diverse background in theater and modern dance infuses her stage presence with charisma and authenticity, whether performing original compositions with her Amy Biondo Ensemble or recording custom love songs for special events such as weddings, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, memorial services, and more!
