All levels welcome - from pros to enthusiasts. Kimberly Hawkey has helped hundreds of singers - across the world, at all levels, and in every genre - shed their fears and share their most amazing voices. In 2022, she started Visionary Vocalist as a space for singers to learn, grow, connect and evolve - helping them take the stage as informed musicians as well as storytellers (and to avoid the same mistakes she made!). Kimberly is passionate about helping singers succeed, and believes everyone holds the power to awaken their authentic voice and move audiences. As a performer, Kimberly invites her listeners into a world of beauty, spirit, and love through the Great American Songbook. She has sung with the world-famous Glenn Miller Orchestra among some of today's most authentic big bands, swing groups, and vintage jazz ensembles; specializing in music from the 1920s to the 1950s. Kimberly is also an accomplished bandleader - leading several of her own bands, music directing cabaret shows, and self-producing five records.
