About Dena DeRose: Dena DeRose is an internationally celebrated vocalist and pianist known for her swinging, emotive style and deep connection to jazz. Her performances exude joy and soul, as described by Richard Scheinin of the San Jose Mercury. With 14 critically acclaimed albums to her name, she has been featured in top jazz publications such as Downbeat Magazine, JazzTimes, and All About Jazz. A fixture in the global jazz scene, Dena has performed at iconic venues like New York's Birdland, the Bluenote, and Yoshi's in San Francisco, as well as major international jazz festivals. Her recordings are widely broadcasted on jazz radio stations across the globe, including in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
